According to our poll, the coral dress won. Will she wear it? For any who might wish to view the "advancement", send me an e-mail and I'll send you a link to the live satellite feed of DD's 8th grade advancement.

I've been tagged!
SusanW tagged me. (Okay, a rather long time ago, but I've been busy!) We've never met in person, but we've "known" each other for years as Feingold friends. This is my first time ever being tagged. So here goes...
Favorite person (outside of family)? I've got two close friends and I'm not choosing one above the other.
Favorite food? Cheesecake.
Quirks about you? I don't notice any quirks about myself. You'd have to ask someone else, they'd probably come up with a few :o)
How would the person who loves you the most describe you in ten words or less? He's not home, so I'll ask my kids. "Nice, helpful, caring, beautiful, joyful, sweet, loving, and understanding." Yep, they're great kids, I'll keep them around a while longer :o)
Any regrets in life? If I knew then what I know now there are things I would have done differently, but the end results would be so different that I can't even imagine. So any regrets would be small like, I regret not packing my teapot in my own car when I moved because it was my favorite and the movers broke it. But the big stuff? Nope, no regrets.
Favorite charity or cause? There are charities and causes that I support occasionally, but nothing that I campaign for on a regular basis.
Favorite blog recently? I read the blogs of my friends, and I'm not choosing between them.
Something you cannot get enough of? Time alone. (Or does that question imply that I actually get that occasionally?)
Worst job you ever had? Every job I've had revolved around a passion of mine - sewing, photography, graphic design, Mom, Sunday School teacher, they all have their good points and bad points. I never applied for a job I would hate.
(Although cleaning up after a physically ill child probably ranks the highest).
What job would you pay NOT to have? I do pay to have someone else do my taxes. After years of doing my own, and then doing them for several years into my marriage, I gladly pay to have someone else do them!
If you could be a fly on the wall, where? At this stage of life, I'd sometimes like to be a fly on the wall when oldest DD is hanging out with her friends.
Favorite Bible verse right now? Proverbs 31:30
Guilty pleasure? Computer time.
If you had to spend $1000 on yourself, how would you spend it? Clothes, paint for my bedroom.
Favorite thing about your house? My newly painted dining room and "new to me" furniture.
Least favorite thing about your house? All these unpainted walls. It's been 10 years hon.
One thing you are bad at? Spelling
One thing you are good at? Art. (Almost all forms)
If you could change one thing about your circumstances, what? A great big raise for my DH.
Who would you like to meet someday? God. Oh wait, I will meet Him someday :o)
What makes you feel sexy? My 4 kids having sleepovers anywhere but here. Hmm, that's never happened yet.
Who is your real life hero? It changes depending on my trials. But I'd never choose any Hollywood actor/actress or big professional sports hero.
What is the hardest part of your job? Motivation to continue with the daily drudgery - doing the same things over and over and over... (laundry, dishes, cooking, cleaning, etc.)
When are you most relaxed? Apparently during the 11 o'clock news. I fall asleep every night.
What stresses you out? Being so busy that I never have time to just breathe. (I am not a "type A" person).
What can you not live without? I like Susan's answer - Christ.
Do you agree with the recent article that blogs are authored by narcissists? Article? Where? On what? I don't have time to read anything else.
Why do you blog? It's a form of creative expression, it takes less time than scrapbooking, and it's more sharable with family and friends.
Who are you tagging? Umm, nobody but Susan actually reads my blog. At least nobody else that has a blog. So what's the point? Tell you what, if you read my blog and you have one of your own, then consider yourself tagged :o)
Rules:
1. Answer the questions.
2. Link back to who tagged you.
3. Tag 8 bloggers to do the same.
